Order Pork!

These “happy hogs” are raised with no antibiotics or hormones on the Snyder Family Farm near Preston, Minnesota. Most of this farmer’s hogs were previously sold to Niman Ranch, which is renowned for its high standards for environmental care and animal welfare. But thanks to the flexibility and better prices our buyer’s club offers, Arnosti Farm Connections is now the primary purchaser of this pork! Each order includes cured and smoked bacon, ham and ham hocks, ribs, sausages, roasts, chops, and ground pork. All meat comes cut into dinner-sized portions, flash frozen, and shrink-wrapped. For adventurous eaters, if you’d like lard, liver or tongue, let me know and we include that in your orders!

A quarter hog is about 40 pounds of meat, which fills two large grocery bags. Exact weight of each order varies depending on the size of the animal. It’ll be the best-tasting pork you eat!

  • $230 $220 for a quarter hog
  • $430 $410 for a half hog
  • $830 $790 for a whole hog
