Grass-fed beef comes from two farms:
Farmer John Snyder takes great pride in the breeding of his beef cows. He puts his animals on rotating pastures year-round, and in the winter they get hay and some of his own non-GMO grain as a supplement. His beef when sold commercially regularly grades as Prime and Choice.
John is very proud that he’s recently been recognized by the Minnesota Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program for his environmentally friendly practices, which he’s been committed to for years. You can read more about John Snyder and his farm here.
Farmers Paul and Candy Sobocinski raise ‘Angus cross’ cattle on pastures, some of which are certified organic, near Wabasso, Minnesota. In the winter, the cattle feed on a mixture of non-GMO, antibiotic-free corn and oats, as well as hay harvested from the farm. The resulting beef is both tender and flavorful. You can read more about the Sobocinski’s farm here.

Approximately half your share will be ground beef: perfect for burgers, meatballs, or other tasty dishes! Shares cost $280 each.
